We’re on a train. It’s a smooth ride. It’s simple but effective. The train chugs along at a simple pace. Across a band of mountain, you can see the train twist and hug the curves.
The train tracks embrace the soft snow. The snow dips down from the heavens in tessellating and dizzying patterns. I look outside my window and heave a sigh. It’s what I was looking for all this time. A perfect beauty, a union of gorgeous altitude and a ferocious train car roaming the nation.
A train is a simple vehicle. It takes me from point A to point B with utter ease. I come to my last stop wondering, why has the ride ended? I want to savor the moment of a train meeting its end.
